Essen with the children on the weekend 15.04.07

We just had to take photos of the food in the lounge before we ate it,
and I hope you enjoy the recipies as much as we did!

Starters:
Puff pastry with crunchy baked chorizzo and goats cheese
freshly crushed garlic with a hint of dill garlic powder and virgin olive oil

sweet cherry tomatoes with sea salt and finely ground pepper
accompanied with olives filled with almonds and mushrooms in a garden fresh seven seasons marinade



Course 1:

1/2 glass Lidl red wine, 1/2 glass cola light @ 6 degrees celcius (Sangria a la Bottrop!)

English steak on persian rice with vegetable fond and cripy mantle
Fenchel with mixed vegetables in butter and spanish tomatoe and onion paste
accompanied with bread, and olives filled with garlic in a garden fresh seven seasons marinade



Course 2:

English steak on persian rice with vegetable fond and cripy mantle
Mild persian cheese spread with paprika and rochefort cheese betchamel sauce
accompanied with olives filled with garlic in a garden fresh seven seasons marinade
